Good morning to you! Happy CInco De Mayo! Sending loving light to you! Yesterday I talked about how the first step to obtaining health is Love. Today I am going to talk a little about how to obtain the Love. I read a book a while ago called “THE FOUR AGREEMENTS” by Don Miguel Ruiz. This small 138 page book changed my life and set me on the true path of unconditional love! The first step is to Love yourself and then love others. This wonderful book showed me the way and now I would like to share it with you.
The first agreement I would like to talk about is “ Your Word is Impeccable.” In other words “With every word I speak I will cast either white magic or black magic. We grew up with trite phrases such as “ Kill two birds with one stone.” I knew that I probably used that phrase daily and I wasn’t truly aware of how much violence I was spreading by simply having that thought and than using those words. When I became AWARE of my thoughts and words and really understanding that mixed communication I was able to take the power back into my life. By simply transmuting those words into “Saving two birds with one hand.” I was able to have a complete loving thought. Which in turn raised my vibration, which in turn raised the vibration of those around me.
We can curse our children and our loved ones and even ourselves by thoughtless communication especially when we are angry and not guarding our thoughts and words. We simply justify the use of our words by what emotion we were having. Sure we come back and say we are sorry after just lambasting someone, but listen to me very carefully when I tell you those thoughts became words which gave those thoughts power to manifest when they leave our lips and the intent and frequency at which we used them will come back. Remember we were spoken into existence by our Creator God, Source, Divine Spirit. Feel free to fill in whatever name you would like to. We are children of God our Creator and our Creator God passed onto us the power to create as well. We just need to think before we speak.
When we become ill because we don’t love our bodies enough to treat them as temples, we hear people say “My disease is….” I have learned that just by the thought and speaking this we do become the “owners of this disease” The illness or sickness than says” Okay I am yours I am now a part of you.” I have also learned that we can disown the illness as well by not claiming it. When I looked into the mirror I told my body I truly love you, and I asked my body to please forgive me for not taking care of it. I swear at that moment my whole body radiated with a glow. Although I am still overcoming the mistreatment of my body by making the choices I did. My health is bouncing back. It takes some real thought before we speak, but by simply changing something negative into positive the energy will transmute and my friends it will change your life.
A very good example of transmuting energy was seen when Mother Theresa was asked to protest at a Anti-War demonstration. She simply declined and said that” if you have a Pro-Peace rally I would be happy to attend.”
Today I have talked a little bit about our words and truly being aware of them when we speak them because they are truly magical. Of course the power to obtaining health is in our hands by the words we speak is one of the many keys to health. I also want to emphasize that eating fresh organic fruits and veggies, organic eggs, and substituting sweetener by using honey, using herbs and very importantly meditating will put you faster on the road to obtaining perfect health. I believe and has been proven time and time again that to be healthy I must be healthy MIND, BODY, and Spirit. I chose to tell you about spirit first because once spirit is healed everything else will just fall into place. In tomorrow’s blog I will talk about the Second Agreement “ NEVER TAKE ANYTHING PERSONAL”.
I will close now with a wish I make every day and night. “ I wish for love, joy, peace, health, and abundance. What I wish for myself I wish for EVERY MAN, WOMAN and CHILD. And so it is”
